What is a 13th Gen Intel Core processor?
13th Gen Intel Core is a family of Intel processors for desktop-class and mobile-class computing. The Thinvent range uses 13th Gen Intel Core U-series processors, which are designed for low-power, compact systems. The range includes the Intel Core i5-1335U and the Intel Core i3-1315U. Both are 13th Gen parts.
Key specifications
The Intel Core i5-1335U has 10 cores, a maximum frequency of up to 4.6 GHz, and 12 MB of cache. The Intel Core i3-1315U has 6 cores, a maximum frequency of up to 4.5 GHz, and 10 MB of cache. Thinvent systems with these processors come with 8 GB or 16 GB of DDR4 RAM in the i3 and i5 configurations, and up to 32 GB in selected i5 models. Storage options include 32 GB MLC SSD, 256 GB SSD, 512 GB SSD and 1 TB SSD. Wireless options include Dual Band WiFi, and some models have no WiFi.
