16GB DDR4 Computers for Business and Industrial Use
16GB DDR4 is a memory configuration that gives a computer enough RAM for multitasking, office software, data logging and light engineering applications. DDR4 is a widely used memory standard. It runs at lower voltage than earlier generations and is supported by Intel and AMD platforms that power many mini PCs and industrial PCs.
Thinvent has 16GB DDR4 configurations across its Industrial PC IPC5, Aero Mini PC and Treo Mini PC ranges. The processors include Intel Core i5-1240P, Intel Core i7-1255U, Intel Core 5 120U, Intel Core i5-1335U and AMD Ryzen 5 7430U. Core counts range from 6 to 12, and maximum frequencies range from 4.3 GHz to 5.0 GHz. Each model includes 12 MB or 16 MB of cache.
Storage options include 256GB and 512GB SSDs on most models, and 1TB SSD on one Industrial PC IPC5 configuration. Power adapters are rated at 12V 7A, 12V 5A or 19V 3A, depending on the model. Wireless options are Dual Band WiFi or no WiFi. Dual LAN ports are available on selected models.

Operating systems include Windows 11 Pro, Windows 11 IoT Value, Ubuntu Linux and DOS. The Industrial PC IPC5 with Intel Core i5-1240P is also offered without an operating system.
