AMD Ryzen 7 5700G and the Thinvent Mini PC Range
The AMD Ryzen 7 5700G is a desktop processor with 8 cores and 16 threads. It was launched in April 2021 and uses the Zen 3 (Cezanne) architecture on Socket AM4. It has 16 MB of L3 cache, a 65W TDP, and integrated graphics. Its cores run between 3.8 and 4.6 GHz.
The Thinvent Treo Mini PC range does not include the Ryzen 7 5700G. Every Treo model on this page uses the AMD Ryzen 5 7430U or Ryzen 5 7530U, both from the 7000 Series. Each of these processors has 6 cores, a maximum frequency of 4.3 GHz (7430U) or 4.5 GHz (7530U), and 16 MB of cache.
The 5700G is a desktop chip built for AM4 motherboards. A mini PC needs a compact, low-power platform, so the Ryzen 5 7430U and 7530U are the processors Thinvent uses for its mini PC range.
