Thinvent has i3 systems in this format, and some models ship with Ubuntu Linux or with no operating system installed.

The Thinvent i3 systems use the Intel Core i3-1215U or i3-1315U processor. The 1215U is a 12th generation chip with 6 cores and a maximum frequency of 4.4 GHz. The 1315U is a 13th generation chip with 6 cores and a maximum frequency of 4.5 GHz. Both processors have 10 MB of cache. Memory options are 8GB or 16GB of DDR4 RAM. Storage options are 128GB or 256GB SSD, and one model uses a 32GB MLC SSD. Each system uses a 12V 7A power adapter.
