What Is a Mini PC?
A mini PC is a small desktop computer built on a compact board and enclosure. It takes up little desk or rack space. Mini PCs run general computing tasks, digital signage, kiosks, control panels and light office work. Many models use low-power processors, so they draw less electrical power than a full-size desktop.
Thinvent sells two mini PC families for this use. The Micro 6 Pro uses an ARM Cortex A55 processor. The Treo uses an Intel Celeron N5095A processor. Both families fit in small enclosures and suit continuous operation.

Use Cases
The Micro 6 Pro suits embedded and Linux-based projects, kiosks, and single-display signage that needs wireless connectivity. Its low memory and storage fit fixed-function tasks.
The Treo suits Windows-based applications, industrial control, point-of-sale and data collection. Its larger memory and SSD storage handle heavier software and more stored data.
Both families are available with or without a Thinvent keyboard and mouse set, and the Micro 6 Pro can be fitted with a VESA mount for mounting behind a display.
