Intel Core i5 Processors Explained
Intel Core i5 is a mid-range processor family for desktop-class computing. The Thinvent range includes one Core i5 processor: the Intel Core i5-1240P in the Thinvent IPC5 Industrial PC. The IPC5 uses a 12th generation Intel Core i5-1240P with 12 cores, up to 4.4 GHz, and 12 MB of cache. It is paired with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 512GB SSD.
The Thinvent range also includes a 14th generation Intel Core 5 120U in the Thinvent Aero Mini PC. This model has 10 cores, up to 5.0 GHz, 12 MB of cache, 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 512GB SSD. It includes Dual Band WiFi and runs Windows 11 Pro.
