Ops i5 - Intel Core i5 Industrial PCs and Mini PCs

What is the Ops i5 standard?

"Ops i5" refers to Intel Core i5 processors used in computing modules built to the Open Pluggable Specification (OPS). OPS is a standard for compact computing modules that plug into flat panel displays. The standard was first announced in 2010 by NEC, Intel, and Microsoft. It gives a display access to processing power, graphics, and connectivity without built-in computing hardware in the display itself.
