What is Intel Panther Lake?
Panther Lake is the Intel microprocessor family that combines a CPU core tile built on Intel's in-house 18A process with an integrated graphics tile based on the Arc Xe3 architecture. The Arc Xe3 design is derived from the earlier Xe2 (Battlemage) architecture. An I/O tile is manufactured on TSMC's N6 process. Intel markets the family as Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors.
Key Specifications
The Panther Lake platform uses a heterogeneous core layout. Its CPU tile and graphics tile are separate silicon units connected within one package. The family is designed for the next generation of Intel processors and is part of Intel's 2026 product line.
Panther Lake and the Thinvent Range
The Thinvent range does not include Panther Lake processors. Thinvent desktop and mini PC models use Intel Core processors from the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th generations, as listed below.
