The Intel Core i5-1335U has 10 cores and reaches up to 4.6 GHz. The Intel Core 5 120U has 10 cores and reaches up to 5.0 GHz. The Intel Core Ultra 5 125U has 12 cores and reaches up to 4.3 GHz. The Intel Core i3-1215U has 6 cores and reaches up to 4.4 GHz.

The Thinvent Treo Mini PC line uses AMD Ryzen 5 7430U processors and an Intel N5095A processor. The AMD Ryzen 5 7430U has 6 cores, reaches up to 4.3 GHz and has 16 MB of cache. The Intel N5095A has 4 cores, reaches up to 2.9 GHz and has 4 MB of cache.

The Thinvent Micro 6 Pro Mini PC uses an ARM Cortex A55 processor with 4 cores, up to 1.9 GHz and 1 MB of cache. It has 4 GB of onboard RAM and 32 GB of eMMC storage. It runs Thinux embedded Linux and is suited to embedded and always-on tasks.

Many models include a 12V or 19V power adapter, and the Aero models include Dual LAN on some configurations. Wireless networking is available on selected models as Dual Band WiFi, while other models have no WiFi.
