Thinvent Mini PCs and the Ryzen Desktop Query
AMD Ryzen is a line of x86-64 desktop processors built on the Zen microarchitecture. The Ryzen line includes Ryzen 3, Ryzen 5, Ryzen 7, Ryzen 9 and Ryzen Threadripper models. The Thinvent range does not include AMD Ryzen processors.
Processor Options in the Thinvent Range
Every Thinvent Aero Mini PC on this page uses the Intel N100 processor. The N100 is a 12th generation N-series chip with 4 cores, a maximum frequency of 3.4 GHz and 6 MB of cache. Each unit has 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 128 GB SSD.

Operating System Choices
The Aero Mini PC is available with Windows 11 IoT, Windows 11 Pro, DOS, Thinux Embedded Linux or Ubuntu Linux. Each version can be bought alone or with a Thinvent keyboard and mouse set. All versions have no WiFi.
Thinvent Mini PCs for Desktop Use
The Thinvent Aero Mini PC suits desktop and embedded uses that need a compact unit with a fixed 4-core processor. Buyers who need an AMD Ryzen desktop should look at AMD's own Ryzen processor range, which is outside the Thinvent product line.
