It has 2 GB RAM, 16 GB eMMC storage, WiFi 6, Bluetooth, and Thinux embedded Linux. The Thinvent Neo S uses an Intel Celeron J1900 processor with 4 cores running up to 2.4 GHz and a 2 MB cache. It has 4 GB or 8 GB DDR3 RAM and 32 GB, 128 GB or 256 GB of SSD storage. The Neo S has no WiFi.

Within the Neo S line, cost rises with more RAM (4 GB to 8 GB) and larger storage (32 GB or 128 GB to 256 GB). Dual 32 GB MLC SSD configurations are also available. The operating system option changes the price as well.
