Thin Client Price in India
This page covers the thin client category. Thin clients are compact devices that connect to a server, virtual desktop or cloud session, and run the user's applications there. Thinvent does not publish prices on this page. Pricing depends on processor, memory, storage and operating system, so the specifications below show which configuration fits a given use.
Key Specifications
Thinvent thin clients use two processor families. The Micro 5R uses an ARM Cortex A53 processor with 4 cores, a maximum frequency of 2.0 GHz, 2 GB of onboard RAM and 16 GB of eMMC storage. It has WiFi 6 and Bluetooth, an HDMI 2.0 port and a speaker output, and it runs Thinux embedded Linux.
The Neo S series uses the Intel Celeron J1900 processor with 4 cores, a maximum frequency of 2.4 GHz and 2 MB of cache. Neo S models come with 4 GB or 8 GB of DDR3 RAM. Storage options are 32 GB MLC SSD, 128 GB SSD, 256 GB SSD, or two 32 GB MLC SSDs. Operating system options are Windows 11 Pro, Ubuntu Linux, Thinux embedded Linux, DOS, or no operating system. Neo S models do not include WiFi.

Use Cases
Thin clients suit office desks, retail counters, kiosks, classrooms and call centres. Organisations that run applications on a central server use them to reduce the number of local PCs to maintain. Choose a Micro 5R for light, Linux-based client tasks that need wireless connectivity. Choose a Neo S for Windows or Linux desktop work, with a choice of memory and storage.
