What is the MK802IV?
The MK802IV is a thumb-sized Android mini PC made by Rikomagic (Shenzhen Rikomagic Tech Corp.). It turns a display with an HDMI or DVI-D port into an Android computer. The MK802 line first went on sale in May 2012. The MK802IV is a quad-core Android 4.1 model. Its user manual covers setup, pairing and reset.
The Thinvent range does not include the MK802IV or any Rikomagic product. The range does include compact computers that connect to a display in a similar way.

The Micro 5R has HDMI 2.0 and a speaker output. It also has WiFi 6 and Bluetooth. Its 5V 2A adapter is a low-power option for thin client work.
Choosing a model
The Micro 5R suits low-power display and thin client tasks. The Treo Mini PC models suit general office and Linux use. The Aero Mini PC models suit higher-performance Windows work. For industrial use, the IPC5 and IPC3 run Windows 11 IoT or Ubuntu Linux, with 12 V 7 A power.
