Job Description :

• • Oversee the day-to-day operations of electronics & mechanical manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to production schedules 
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to review product designs for manufacturability and provide feedback to optimise production efficiency.
  • Develop and implement production plans, able to predict the deadline for an upcoming project including resource allocation, equipment utilisation, and workflow optimization, to meet production targets.
  • Hands on experience and understanding of Excel & word to make different project reports, stock databases and document the different processes.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams and make smooth flow of logistics in accordance with the production team. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement preventive measures to minimise downtimeand quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, having knowledge of 5’S technique, safety regulations, and industry best practices throughout the production process.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams for New Product Development (NPD) and process improvement projects.
  • Have an ability to develop vendors and are willing to travel pan India to find specific solutions that have been required to make production easy and smooth and to get the best machinery and tools required to make the operations smooth

Requirements : 

• • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in a production, mechanical engineering role
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment and tools, such as soldering equipment, assembly equipment, cutting, grinding machines, different laser machines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams & vendors. 
  •  Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Having an understanding of stock management, supply chain will be advantageous. 
  • Will be able to handle a team of 10-20 people working with him.
  • Develop and implement machining processes and procedures to maximise productivity and quality while minimising waste
  • Troubleshoot issues related to machining processes, equipment malfunctions, and product quality, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source materials, tooling, and spare parts for the shop.
