Using HDMI
Connecting a PC to a TV through HDMI cable is the most efficient way. HDMI cables provide the best quality HD picture and sound.
- The HDMI port on the PC and the HDMI port on your TV will be exactly the same.
- The HDMI cable should have the same connector on both ends. HDMI cable should be a male to male cable.
- Plug the cable into your PC and then one of your HDMI ports on your TV.
- Ensure your PC and your TV are switched on, and your TV is set to the correct HDMI channel, the PC should automatically configure. If for some reason it does not, you can speak to our support team.
Using VGA
VGA is a video lead only, so you are going to need a 3.5mm audio lead, that you need to connect from the audio out socket of your PC to your audio in port of your TV or external speakers.
- The VGA port on the PC and the VGA port on your TV will be exactly the same.
- The VGA cable should have the same connector on both ends. VGA cable should be a male to male cable.
- Plug the VGA cable into your PC and then one of your VGA ports on your TV.
- Ensure your PC and your TV are switched on, and your TV is set to the correct VGA channel, the PC should automatically configure. If for some reason it does not, you can speak to our support team.
